NSW: Man missing in Murrumbidgee River
SYDNEY, Feb 18 AAP - NSW police will today resume a search for a man who went missing
yesterday in the Murrumbidgee River at Yanco, near Griffith in the state's south west.
A 38-year-old Yanco man was last seen swimming in the river at Horn Beach about 3.20pm
(AEDT) yesterday.
The man was swimming with family and friends when he dived under water and did not
resurface, police said.
Griffith police yesterday conducted a search of the river and the surrounding area
but found no trace of the man.
