Level 3 Confirms Expectation for Fourth Quarter of 2010

Level 3 Communications announced that it is confirming its previously issued expectation that for the fourth quarter 2010.

According to Level 3, the company continues to expect Core Network Services revenue and Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA to increase in the fourth quarter compared to the company's results in the third quarter 2010.
The company also expects to be free cash flow positive for the fourth quarter 2010.

Level 3 Communications is an international provider of fiber- based communications services. Enterprise, content, wholesale and government customers rely on Level 3 to deliver services with a combination of scalability and value over an end-to-end fiber network. Level 3 offers a portfolio of metro and long-haul services, including transport, data, Internet, content delivery and voice.
